Shipping Policy

 

* NOTE:  If you want your order to be shipped via Fedex or USPS the same day please keep in mind to place your order no later than 3pm, otherwise your order will be shipped next day. For UPS we need to received your order before 5pm.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.
• Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
• We are not responsible for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods.
• FedEx and UPS do not accept P.O. Boxes as shipping address.
• Our products are delivered in boxes and are usually packaged with plastic bubbles inside the parcel to keep the jewelry steady, waterproof and crushproof.
• We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and it will be shipped without any notifications unless a comment is left by the customer.
• Credit Card will be charged as soon as an order is placed with us. Therefore, a store credit will be issued for any out of stock items.
• All packages will be shipped with No Signature Required unless the customer chooses another signature option.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Only unused defective merchandise may be returned with pre-authorization, must be requested within 15 days from date of invoice.
  • On sale items are final sale.
  • Returned items will not be accepted if it's not assorted exactly as it has been shipped in its original packaging.
  • There will be no return or exchange if the item is not defective.
